An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. You download a data plan with a QR code—no physical SIM card to swap.

After checkout you get a QR code by email and in your order. Open Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM (iPhone) or Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs (Android), then scan the code.

Install before you fly while you still have Wi‑Fi. Turn on the eSIM line and data roaming when you arrive at your destination.

Yes. Most phones support dual SIM—your regular number stays on your physical SIM while Kickoff handles travel data.

Most iPhones from XS/XR onward and recent Android flagships support eSIM. Use the device checker on this page or dial *#06#—if you see an EID, you're good.
